This is an interesting shot, but I think it suffers from a few things: The shadow from (presumably) a bridge kind of chops the picture in half, the rock in the foreground is harshly lit, and the fishermen themselves are tiny and almost out of the frame. This is a cool concept, and I think it would work if it were composed a little differently.
