7.02 at 50, quite unexpected.

I didn't want to use ROT in this image, I wanted it to be unbalanced so that the clouds leap out at the viewer! ;)

The tree is in the center as the clouds start moving from its top. All done for impact (the WOW factor).

The exposure is a bit long, the speed effect is really too much. Otherwise I love it.

This image makes me feel a little queasy as if I am dizzy and falling!
Personally I would have cropped a bit off the right to take the tree off centre as I feel that is a stronger composition. the stones on the left make a great lead in to the image and lead the eye nicely to the tree. Would love to know your thoughts on the crop.

Haven't seen all the shots yet but this is my pic for the front page so far. Composition is more in quarters than thirds (on the vertical) and the tree is a little central. Not sure what other composition options you had though...
