| the light streaks lead you into the picture nicely but there's nothing else to keep my attention after that |

| Cities at night bring interesting sights - even the simple passage of a vehicle lends an artistic blur and streaks of light - it's a shame there are still so many cities relying on the golden amber sodium lights. |

| Nice to see something different from a night skyline. Could've used more interest in the subject though - maybe an S-curve in the road or some such added interest. While this is a good pic, it's not outstanding enough I think. Good luck. |
