I like the abstractness of this, although those spots in the top center are a little distracting. The pattern is very interesting to look at, though. |

I like the color and texture of the pillars and the rhythm of the shadows. The bit of sky at the end of the structure adds a lot. Is that red thing a person or an object? |

Voted eralier, returning for comments.
Very above average and caught at an ideal time. Bumping from 5 to 7 |

Nice lighting and texture. Assuming that's a figure in red at the end of the row of columns its a bit too small. Also I think a lower viewpoint and slightly offset from the center would have worked better. |

Nashville Parthenon? Love it...I used a different angle for an earlier challenge. Hope you do much better. Great shot...might have done it without the trees so the point actually "disappears". Also, seems a little off vertical. 7 |

Love the light direction in this photo but the tree kind of cuts in the way of the vanishing point. It would've been better if there were more columns and the sky was the only thing that was at the end. I still think it's a beautiful photo... |

Ver nice! The shadows are at the perfect place, great diagonal lines. Exposure spot on. The hint of red at the "far end" is a wonderful touch. |

Immediate thought, which I'm sure is in every comment, is that this would benefit strongly from being rotated to correct the off-putting tilt. With strong vertical lines you really need to ensure that they are vertical within the frame itself. Might also benefit from cropping/ retaking such that the opening at the end is over to one side rather than right in the centre - my instinct would be to push it towards the right. |

I recognized this spot immediately! Did you see my shot of the airplane taking off at night? I guess it's not as obviously Nashville. It's nice to know that there are other Nashvillians around on this site! Very well done, by the way. I like that you caught how the shadows show us foreshortening on the vertical. |
