Artistically very impressive however not entirely sure of it's "Film Noir"-ness in terms of photography. 8

I am going to guess this as an entry from cutout though I may be wrong. I find this image to be very nostalgic and a mix between film noir and dark comic books. I do like it. I think it fits the challenge very well and though I can't give any relevant critique I will definitely give it a like!
