The smudgy stuff are some rocks from the beach. I used a fairly long motion blur to stretch them out. The eyes are on a fishing boat in the harbor. I did some erasing and cutting and pasting to get them where I wanted them and then used gaussian blur to soften things and color burn to get the weird (I hope) color.

Looks like the cover to a 70s Rock band album. Actually, I bet there are some bands that would love this. Nice job!

Cool. I like the whole scene and the eyes.
The frame also works to give the idea that the eyes are looking through a window.
There's no hiding.

WOAH. There IS a big brother. That is an amazing landscape on its own and then THOSE EYES!!!! YIKES.
