Not sure if this even meets the challenge. (I had a better idea but don't have the supplies...) Took this while doing my weekend drill for the Army National Guard. Had to turn and huddle protecting my camera at the last second to protect it from the incoming dust storm from the landing chopper. (I was on that chopper the flight before)

I get the idea of what you did here to make this picture fit into the challenge. However, it doesn't really address the topic, but simply fits a picture into the topic, without the picture benefiting from it. In other words, I get what you're doing, but I don't think it worked well for the picture or as an entry to this challenge.
As to the picture itself, from what I can see it is a moment "in between". There is movement, but not enough to make it a movement picture. There are still portions, but they aren't entirely sharp. The background doesn't ad much to the image, the foreground however is beautiful (the blowing up sand and the ground texture). It feels like an action picture waiting for action. I wonder if a slower shutter speed to increase the sense of movement would work, or if, on the other hand, freezing the motion entirely would make a nice contrast between the hovering helicopter and the blown up sand.
Thanks for the comment, but I am thoroughly confused. Slower OR faster, just not my choice of 1/320...
Doesn't really address what topic? The helicopter is horizontal the frame is vertical...
Not a movement picture? the dust is moving the blades are moving, even the craft is moving.
I am sorry, but it just seems like a bunch of contradictions and I don't know which way to go...
