This beautiful picture would be better suited for a Beckett or the inherit guilt of Lovecraft. (am I right that in the Film Noir nobody ever needed canes and was just so physically perfect?)

It's a terrific shot - something out of the 19th Century and full of "Impressionist" atmosphere. But Film Noir it seems not. So 8 for outright quality (comp and processing) but a 4 for topicality. |
