 I know, I know, it's another bug. But SUCH a cool pose! It's an Eastern Amberwing, which is a fairly small dragonfly. But quite beautiful, and he really did have his little rear pointed straight up to the sky.

Had the 36mm + 20mm teleconverters on and used fill flash.

PP - straightened, cropped, increased saturation, increased saturation again on red/orange, increased brightness and contrast, resized, sharpened, added border.

Lovely capture and I think your title is spot on. A very small comment - if you bring up the blacks just a tad, the wings will pop out and give this a real WOW factor. Hope its in the top five.

Washed out and bland looking. Good focus. Subject too dead centered (review rule of thirds).

Beautiful picture, wonderful colors, bright and pastel. Can defiantly feel the sense of balance. Great macro shot!
