Looks like a vintage cook book picture. Well composed for this challenge and good touch with the BW...

Is that chicken we're cooking? I think that's what it looks like, but I could be wrong. It's hard to tell.

Lighting is good and the composition, slight grain and presentation makes it feel like a recipe posted in an very old book or aged newspaper; as such the rustic feel has been captured very well. The one flaw is that it never mentions what the ingredients will make...the item in the bowl is something I cannot identify with 100% certainty (chicken, maybe???). Even recipes in old recipe books or newspaper recipes will have the name of the dish. Color would be a big boon to the strength of the photo but then you would mayhap loose that rustic 'old recipe book/newspaper' feel that I think you were trying to capture.

I like the black and white with the title. A little too grainy for my taste but maybe that's intentional. Looks like a good recipe.

Almost looks like it belongs in a cooking magazine or something, like this shot a lot.

Good choice edit wise. For some reason I can't tell what is in the bowl behind the tomato. I may have tried to find containers for the oil, cheese and pepper that showcased the item rather than the container. You have a cool rustic feel to the edit but then some containers that come right from the grocery store. Kind of breaks the feel.

Great conversion, and I love all that food.

The simple flowers in the background are beautiful with the rustic bag of chips and bottles. I love how everything is half full, and angled. Even the tomatoes look old fashioned.

My favorite part of this are the petunias in the background. Adds such a down home feel to it. Whatever you're making, it looks good to me. :)

I like the vintage style processing, but I don't think it works very well with plastic packages
