| This doesn't portray (to me) the smell, but rather the striking visual beauty of a rose. It's a very pretty shot. |

| Wouldn't expect to see a rose against a stark white background... all the white pulls the eye away from the flower and the water looks fake. However good composition, focus and color make it better than an average flower photo. |

| Visually beautiful, but the scent might be more visually apparent if you had incense/steam/or a textured background to give the sense of feel over the velvety texture of the flower. |
