The way the image is framed makes the trees seem to be going on and on forever. The folks on the bridge are needed too, otherwise it would be a little less interesting. Congrats on yet another ribbon! |

It's not a blur, it's a glow really. The effet is called "Glamour Glow" in NIK. Adding Motion blur is definitely not ok, however Glamour Glow is something completely different and is totally ok.

I'm not sure about the blur effect issue, My last blue was DQL due to small motion blur..yet maybe this kind of filter is ok..

Sure, would be happy to. The glowy/blurry effect is created by NIK's Glamour Glow. If you have NIK's plugin installed in your photoshop, all you have to do is to launch it and click on Glamour Glow and it will give you a very interesting effect like this. It's almost like an instant dodge and burn but with a bit of a glow. |

My wife and I were walking while watching a really beautiful sunset and we said to each other, "Wow, that sunset is so pretty. It's like a nightpixels picture!"

The rich greens and the contrasting bridge are wonderful colors. I think I'd like it better cropped a little differently, either to show the height of the bridge off the ground or put the bridge low to show the height of the trees towering above it. |
