 This is my very first time photographing fireworks and I am very pleased with the result.
Here at camp, everyone goes out on the lake on boats to watch the fireworks, so I happily towed my camera and tripod there. Once there, I realized this was a lot easier said than done because the boats are small and therefore rock! I ended up having to take unconventional firework shots with an aperture of only about 13 and a high ISO, so that I could keep the shutter speed at around 1 second. Otherwise the blur from the rocking boat was too noticeable.

Anyways, regardless how this scores, I really really like it.
