I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: Lovely colours and nice vignette. I really like the city on the horizon and the wedge shaped ocean. Obviously the figure is the focus of the frame and certainly she makes for an intriguing story - possibly involving murder.
Critical stuff: I do like the image but for me there something that is a bit misaligned.
Overall: Imaginative and well done. |

| An interesting title for an ambiguous image. The sense of isolation is so strong, perhaps reinforced by the urban skyline. I have been drawn back to this a number of times, and had resisted voting initially, but am going with a 7. |

| interesting, not sure I'm a fan of the vignetting, and the centered body, but the colors and the background and the concept are terrific. |
