That's some very very hard to detect sepia toning. To make sure there was sepia, I used a little color droplet tool. I did find some, but mostly black and white and grey. I bet you are getting hit hard for that.
Overall, I do like the photo and scene. It feels mysterious. |

| Terrific shot. Great leading lines and the lights just add some extra 'pop' to the shot. My only concern would be whether it is sepia enough for some voters. For me though - 9. |
