You live and die...the border is necsessary...noise, vibration...?...I think ur just guessing...It's just a simple snapshot converted to black and white...nothing more...and a shoehorn to boot! skewsme rocks!

Gorgeous view, and the high key black and white looks excellent here. Normally I don't like such thick borders, but I think it adds to this photo. 8

This one seems heavy on the post process. Also, centered horizons are hard to pull off, maybe that's what you meant by moving in stereo? It's definitely a beautiful sight but it lacks contrast (where needed) and has that HDR-ish look to it. I guess shooting high key with landscape doesn't appeal to me all that much.

Pretty, but it almost seems as if there's a vibration (noise?) in the trees that just make it look busy.
