 I wanted to shoot an architecture shot for this challenge, HDR it and process it like I have done recently with some images. None of my outtakes really 'did it' for what I thought the challenge would demand. I quite like this shot though.

5 exposures. Photomatix (have been trying to tame my use of it of late). Photoshop for slight lens correction. Various sensor dust spot removals with lightroom. Bit of topaz adjust and detail. Variation of one of the presets on silver efex pro (high... something). Back to lightroom. Sepia'd it up with split toning. And here we are.

I've been liking using my wide angle lens of late. 5 out of my last 6 challenges have used it (this included).

Thanks to Wendy for identifying that it wasn't sharp--a pass through topaz detail sorted that out.
Glad this got in my top 5. I was hoping it would beat my courhouse, and delighted it did! :-)

I think new binaries need to be generated for this one, or at least the code is all wrong. Nice perspective, the balance seems a little off, maybe its becuase of the larger black at the bottom of the right wall.

a little too contrasty. the detail are lost in black the windows as you get further away. I gave it a 6.
