 Has been raining for a week now, must be the monsoon season. So I ran out to shoot some pictures for this challenge when I got about an hours opportunity. Had previously tried putting up the tripod in my car and shoot through the windows with poor results.

Hope it's obvious enough I used tripod, as I did combine three exposures and the water is blurry. And even tough it isn't the most interesting photograph I hope it doesn't score less than five.

Interesting that I took a similar photo recently. But your bridge is was cooler :)

Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 10
Perfect context to show tripod usage. Smooth running water with a sharp bridge. Probably bracketed since neither the sky or water is blown out and the trees and underside of the bridge are showing shadow details.
