I immediately picked this as yours John and am pleased to see it that it did as well as it deserved. 7 top tens, with 2 blues from your last 10 challenges. You are on one heck of a roll my friend. Keep up the good work.

Sharpest detail, most original, most meaningful, and so moody. I only promise to not be bitter about this missing a ribbon if you aren't ;-)

Elegant blur. Love the b/w contrast and the old brick arches and walkway that now contain the stories of modern life.

What a cool location. I imagine this is a gold mine for great photos. I'm not sure how I feel about the blurred car, it seems out of place (and not just because of the modern vs old).

Obvious tripod use: High.

This is one of my top picks. For me, the motion sells it. B&W looks great.

Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 10
Very sharp architectural surroundings + car/human movement shows this exposure went beyond a tight handheld limit.

Very good composition and b&w conversion. Not sure why you used the mail slot border and fine line -- IMNSHO they detract from a fine picture.
