Wonderful composition, especially the silhouetted building in the background of the right.

Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 5
Tough one. Fast lens, high ISO? On second thought, the starbursts from the lights say smaller aperture. F13/F16 maybe? Ok, you used a tripod. :-) |

| It is a good picture... but to my opinion with high ISO we can get the photo. It is not an obvious tripod |
