 Struggled to achieve a shutter speed of longer than 1 second as it was just too bright. This was shot at my camera's lowest ISO, with a wrong-sized polarizer held in front of the lens and an aperture of F/27. Nothing advanced about the editing - just converted from RAW with adjustments to brightness, contrast and a little saturation. Resized, added border, sharpened.

Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 10
After browsing this scene, the mountains in the back are sort of ugly. :-/ When I place my hand across the top third of the photo, the picture changes entirely. It becomes much more rugged and exciting.

There's a nice gradual change of colors in this scene that mixes well with the serenity of the water.

Obvious tripod use: High to get the water to that level of smoothness.
