| unfortunately i didn't vote on this challenge! really nice job imo! its a shame though that it didn't get voted higher! oh well... next time! :) |

With the banners, lights, and car, it took me a few minutes to find the ghosted people which gave you the title. I hope other voters who may not take the time to really look around see them.

Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 9
The excessively blown out street lamps and the faint ghosting of a couple walking on the right shows this wasn't done handheld. |
