I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out what I'm looking at. Is it a toy in front of the TV? Does the TV not have glass? I'm confused (not in a good or bad way, just confused).

Obvious tripod use: Very low. With the lighting of this image, I'm not seeing how the use of a tripod is required forthe shot.

Obvious use of a tripod, or any other long-term stabilization tool (1-10 *is not the score of the shot though*): 1
It appears that Tigger was pasted into the TV.(legality?) Nothing here really shows use of a tripod that hand-holding couldn't have accomplished.
