The title of this image (Song) has pretty much been the story of my life, especially this year ...on the road. The road trip still continues! Taken at the Tetons on Jun 10. They have had unusually heavy amount of snow this year up here. I can easily say that I have never seen a more beautiful light/scenery combination in my life before. Got up at 5 Am and headed out. It was simply impossible to take a bad photo under that kind of beautiful early morning light hitting these mountains. It should be a must-see place on everybody's list.

Not an HDR and no tone-mapping done either ... just a single shot. It is the early morning soft directional light that has brought all the colors and textures out. I actually had to lower the saturation of the original image a bit.

Beauty, where did you shoot this Alaska? Love the mountains and the light dancing upon them.

I like the composition of the road and mountains here. Perhaps if the car were closer it would then be foreground element and add some more impact to the photo. Of course then you may have been run over :)
