The white of the eye, and the tilt to the shot definitely makes this fit the title.

Perfect slash of light. Backlight. Dark to light ratio. Nice dutch angle. Everything is balanced perfectly. You could shoot for Hitchcock. 10

the reflection via knife is a nice touch, but for me the window tells the story. I can't say I terribly like the photo, but it is successful in making me feel a bit nervous.
