Not sure how you did it but the reflection looks better than the actual balloon. The actual balloon looks a little washed out of colors. Maybe too much editing? I think if you had as much color in the balloon as you did in the reflection it would be better. Still a good image overall though.

Perfectly composed. It's interesting how the water is producing such vivid saturation that is not seen in the sky.

I would have cloned out the sticks in the water to make the image "cleaner". DPC like things clean, so I would imagine your score will suffer a bit. Seems silly on such a nice image, but true.
