this could be a really nice serene picture, but it's got an unbalanced tilt to the right, making me feel drunk or crazy.

Is that steam or mist from a waterfall nearby?
I think it would have been better if it was straight (or very off straight, otherwise it looks like ti was just taken badly)
04/27/2002 06:29:00 AM
For me, either exactly straight, or angled more; I feel cock-eyed looking at it. Good focus though, and nice effect with the mist/steam.

The rotation of this picture bothers me, as it seems to detract from the subject of the composition. Cool idea, though.
04/25/2002 01:31:00 PM
slightly tilted, but very nice
04/24/2002 08:18:00 PM
Absolutely the best - should be #1
04/24/2002 05:57:00 AM
the angle of the bridge detracted from a stunning capture of mist
04/23/2002 08:30:00 PM
Nice.
04/23/2002 08:06:00 PM
Is it steam or is it mist?
04/23/2002 06:21:00 PM
Its just kind of dull. Doesn't do anything for me.
04/23/2002 04:24:00 PM
could have been better if camera was not tilted
04/23/2002 12:35:00 PM
Sharp, pretty picture. Good capture of a transition. Might have been better straight...
04/23/2002 08:17:00 AM
not a big fan of tilted horizons
04/23/2002 07:59:00 AM
interesting transition
04/23/2002 01:23:00 AM
Not only have you caught the transition of water into vapor, you have also captured a beautiful well framed shot as well.
04/22/2002 06:12:00 PM
your tripod was unstable
04/22/2002 03:57:00 PM
This would have been better if it had been straight
04/22/2002 03:46:00 PM
if only the bridge were straight.
04/22/2002 12:24:00 PM
Nice job. Bet you get a lot of comments from the nonscientific crowd.
04/22/2002 12:23:00 PM
This one coulda qualified for stop motion too, Good job, The winner in my opinion
04/22/2002 12:05:00 PM
I like your photo, framing, and composition here!
04/22/2002 10:21:00 AM
Nice idea
04/22/2002 10:18:00 AM
i really like this pic, i just wish it didn't seem like you are leaning to the right so much when looking at it.
04/22/2002 09:42:00 AM
Sets a nice mood
04/22/2002 09:21:00 AM
the effect is lovely.
04/22/2002 08:32:00 AM
The angle of the horizon bothered me. Nice colors.
04/22/2002 08:11:00 AM
A true transition. Great job
04/22/2002 07:50:00 AM
Beautiful colors - would have like to see this without so much cropping at the bridge - very nice work!
04/22/2002 05:49:00 AM
I like this photo but I find the fact that it was taken at an odd angle distracting.
04/22/2002 04:54:00 AM
Cool idea, though poorly portrayed. A lush green and bridge doesn't give your steamy subject the mystery it deserves.
04/22/2002 03:38:00 AM
don't like the titled framing very much. It's hard to shoot mist well
04/25/2002 08:47:00 AM
Unusual shot, but the angle feels off
04/25/2002 08:29:00 AM
Nice photo. I like the colors and feel of this image.
