 In 1953 I carved the chair in this photograph from solid pine. Little did I realize at the time that I would once submit it as part of a photograph. I had built a replica of our house and shipped it to Europe to show how we lived in Canada.

I applied curves to the photo, which was taken with artifical light at my computer. I cropped the photo to contain relevant detail.
The Epson camera was one of the first ones on the market in 1997. It is a progressive scan CCD 640x480 camera.

The background is very distractive.

Lighting is harsh. Too much noise. Visually boring, in my opinion. I'm not sure why you decided to use a monitor as a background. A better background could have dramatically improved the image.

the photo is noisy and a bit on the grainy side. the idea is cool, the execution could have been stronger.
