I'm very fond of this, and I think a nice example of minimalism. Stark, bleak, resistance of the unrelenting battle with the landscape. I love these types of scenes. |

This image reminds me how so envious I get, during our cold and gray winters, when I see the images of lightly dressed, tanned southern-hemispherers.
I wish you a winter short and mild and kindly winded as well.
I enjoyed Tanguera's closing metaphor. |

Fits the challenge perfectly, but I feel it is a bit "thick", tonally. I can see some variation wanting to come out and play. |
