 The planet, its ring, and the entire starfield were created in Photoshop from scratch ... all with the tools that Photoshop offers and nothing else. No pre-existing artwork or photographs were used in the sky part. Only the bottom portion of the image are actual photographs (2 of them)

Absolutely awesome! Love the oversized "Saturn", and the star field. Lighting on the lake/forest/observers/wall/rock/path is great. Night sky is fantastic. Definitely a stand-out image.
