 I haven't entered a challenge in a while but my ornamental plum was blooming so I figured what the heck! Probably end up with another sub 5 score but I like the shot anyway.

I am getting lots of comments about cropping out the statue during voting. I left it in as I thought it showed that this was a garden flower (complete with garden statue) outside as per the challenge. Oh well, I am still scoring higher than I had expected.

you have great focus on the flower...but to ME the figurine in the BG distracts and you could easily have cropped that out and still had a nice balance to your picture (NOT A CENTERED FLOWER...sigh)

Pretty flower and interesting dappled light. I think I might have cropped MUCH tighter, particularly to get rid of the white statue.

I like that there's a lot of texture in your photograph... with the leaves and the wood and everything. Is different from a lot of the images in this challenge.
