Thanks for the comments. I agree with the vote and wasn\'t happy with my entry - I seem to struggle with taking photos to a theme with little notice but I\'m working on it! As for the clarity and focus - the photo was taken with reverse-lens macro so the depth of field is about 1mm! With some subjects it works or you can get away with it (I'm not allowed to post a link to examples but my blog on blogger is amoodaday and click the 'reverse lens' field), with others it doesn't.

Whoohooo, I just realised why this flower is called what it is in Swedish. It's Förgätmigej, which with a couple of spaces in between is Förgät mig ej -> Forgot me not. Haha, I've never thought of that.
So, nice picture, the right one looks like porcelain to me. Would like to see a bit more space on top of it though, really tight there. 6 |

The overall composition of this is wrong and the half dead flower doesn't help, sorry |
