 This was a great challenge. I have been taking a lot of interesting perspective shots as of late, so to see this come up now was perfect. It didn't take long after the challenge was announced for me to think up of this shot. I knew the capitol tulips were in bloom, so I just had to find an angle that worked well. On Farmer's Market Saturday, I found that angle with a patch of tulips out on the lawn. I laid down behind them, and took a number of shots. The lighting wasn't great, but the clouds were interesting and the framing was spot on (I went back the next morning with blue skies, and the result wasn't nearly as cool).

Quite excellent. I do have a beef though, and it's that you didn't crop it a few centimeters from the bottom. All the blurry foreground would be gone then. Not that it matters, I'm not voting. But I do predict this will do extremely well, as it's a great idea and a beautiful subject.

Just like the other two similar images in this challenge, the picture itself is quite nice and the point of view in many ways unique - however there are so many of these very-similar images on this site already I just feel it's pretty uninspired and have to deduct points that that, sorry - 6.

Not bad. An interesting Point of view with an interesting background. Image has a bit of a grungy feel to it due to the weather and processing. Crop is also pretty good.
