I was in such a hurry to get this in I took it just a couple hours before the deadline that I missed a crooked horizon, DANG!

I also had a question about long exposure, It wasn't a long exposure, it was just really windy!

Wow! a ribbon really unexpected! I almost didn't even stay up tonight. Well I'll take it for sure!

Just one more comment about the horizon, it is not centered. I went back and checked just to make sure. I know horizon lines should not be centered. If you decided to use the top of the mountains as the horizon point then yes it is centered. but that is not what I use to determine the horizon point. I use the base of the mountains and it is well below center.

Congrats to you! You're fairly lucky with this image placement because at DPC, you usually get dinged hard for mid frame horizons and especially for tilted horizons. The mountain range did a good job of masking that fact... Other than that, great camera work!
