I'd like to rate this higher, but the two reported subjects are both indistinct blurs. Aah, the joys of photographing in low light.

Cool, I like how the trees are blurred. This really looks like a painting! It's very neat. The horizon is a bit out of whack though, it's skewed to one side.

The harsh yellow-orange light on the left side of the photo kept distracting me from the rest of the photo. Otherwise, this is a beautiful photo.

Because you exposed for the trees the moon is overexposed and is basically a white blob in the sky that doesnt really add that much to the image. The heron is also so far distant that it looks like a white blur. The horizon looks slightly tilted too, although the darker gradient on the right doesnt make it look so obvious. The areas that are lit on the left look quite blurry too. For night shots like this it is quite important to use a tripod. The elements are there and to some degree the composition is good, but it lacks a lot technically.
