Oh my. First glance it looks like flowers, then maybe flags. I've never seen such a collection of trash caught in trees or scattered on the roadside. Down wind of a trash dump? It's quite a compelling image.

OMG, what a beautiful scene trashed. There must have been some very high winds. Nice story telling shot.
