A valient effort. The blue sky is great but there are several serious flaws. Everything is soft, not in focus. The moon and cactus are dead centered.

Though fitting the challenge, this image needs help in my opinion.
I don't know if you intended on this being a soft focus shot or it was just blurry, but in my opinion, it hurts the image. Good subject.

I really like the composition. The moon and cactus and the horizon and the sky are great. But _really_, 12K for an image? You have up to 150K. There are weird-colored blocky JPEG artifacts surrounding the moon and cactii. Just turn up the quality when you save to JPEG, and use as much space as you need to. Don't forget to preview your submission and make sure it looks as good as it did before you uploaded it. Best of luck on your next entries.

Not in clear focus (or blurred) and the composition is to much centered for my taste. AT least the flower, the tree or what it is in the foreground should have been offcentric.
But it is the moon and it is blue so it can't be all bad!

fuzzy- you can feel the heat even though blue is a cooling color

i realize this is the moon and all, but should this be a genuine submission?
