 The iSight is mounted on top of a display on my desk, I've always been fascinated by the beauty of such a simple device. The shot was taken using the "Tungsten" white balance setting on my 300D, thus the blueish tint. Photo was cropped, curves tweaked, and the border added in Photoshop CS.

would a layman in photography know that? would be good if the miniature concept were a bit more obvious, even to ordinary folk.

It's not in a context that would show that it is a smaller version of the original.

I scored this low because it didn't meet the challenge. Maybe if you had a regular camera to compare it to. I don't care for all that blue either.

But if I didn't know the challenge, how would I know this was a miniature of something larger?
