| Excellent subject for this challenge. I like the hard lighting in this case, as the shadow on the milk is a must have. |

If you are experimenting with B&W, it would be a good idea to explore light, shadow, tonality, texture and contrast.
Find light that define objects. Imagine how colours would be interpreted as shades of grey. Simplify.
If you know and done all that and did this shot for the heck of it, well enjoy! :) |

| I'm not going to guess how you suspended the one oreo! What really makes this stand out for me is the glass - it's not simply but has a nice twist structure. Excellent! |
