 Never done a water drop shot before but it was the first thing that entered my mind when I saw this challenge.

Run through ACR, duplicate layer set to multiply, masked off the drop and gaussian blurred the layer mask, layer opacity 34%, merged visible, cropped, resized, saved for web.
