 I saw the librodo challenge coming up and wanted to enter, but I am traveling and don't have access to model. I met up with a friend on the night of the last challenge and realized that she would be incredible on camera, so in 20 minutes we whipped out this photo. The cross is from the necklace she wore to the visit and the scarf is another friend of mine's. We took this in the middle the living room and all I used for lighting was a canon speedlight bouncing off the ceiling. It will be fun to see how it does.

Great shot, the props, jewelery and model of choice are very interesting for me. I'd say the critics must have nit-picked on the unessential negative space on right side of the frame.

This is crazy good in its own right. Not a fan of the cross but the lighting and her expression is wonderful.

what a beautiful model. somehow, the white veil didn't frame her unique face. well. maybe a darker and more solid color is a better choice. Also a tighter crop on top and the bottom is called for. 7/10

Originally i gave this a low vote, but after my final viewing, I think this deserves higher.

I like how she connects with me as the viewer. The details on her face, her eyes, her eyelashes, are all so captivating. 9

I love the softness of the white in the background and how it's also been brought in to the foreground, wonderful focus on here eyes!
