Nice Photo.
The tip of the lipstick is a little out of focus. Maybe using a smaller apperature f 8 could have brought that into focus (If it wasn't F8 already)

I like the soft focus, composition and background color. I can't quite articulate it but there's something off about the proportion of red to silver that would move this shot into the "Excellent" category (sorry not to be more helpful) as presented - nice shot. :)

Love the composition. I'm really hooked on negative space! I think it would have looked even better if it was a little shaper focused.

GREAT IMAGE! I love the use of white space. Nice composition. The lipstick itself could be sharper. Unlike most, the border helps pull it all together. 8

The first thing I think is 'wrong white balance' due to the white background having a significant yellow cast. It's actually fairly complimentary to the warm red of the lipstick but I guess the photographer in me keeps thinking 'wrong white balance'. The light on the rim of the holder is good and it is also nicely sharp there, but the actual lipstick seems a little soft or slightly out of focus. It has also a slight perspective tilt that makes it appear a little non-straight. I like the use of negative space and the composition is good.
