great black and white conversion. those multi-colored drinks may have made the entire image a mess of colors. And with all those drinks a plenty, no one will ever say "I thirst" again. Great work! |

Nice street sterile photo. The horizon could use some straightening. |

I like this. But I think I'd've processed it a little more than you have. Probably just a boost in contrast although that may have over-contrasted the right hand side of the image--going through the plastic drops the contrast somewhat I think.
There's a lot to this image. Water. not water. Candidness. I quite like this. And I'm not just saying it because of our discussion. I'm saying it because all of these things are used as water bottles. Just because they are coke bottles, snapples, pepsi's... they can all contain water, and people like me use them as water bottles after we have emptied their initial contents. This shot has a transience that is not immediately evident but that tickles my photographic sensibilities.
Something else for me is the lent reference in the background. Many of my friends (being from a Catholic country) give up fizzy drinks during lent and as a result drink more water.
Whether this was all planned or not I don't know. But I got it from the image so it doesn't matter. This got a 6 from me. |

Not very exciting and I had to hunt for any actual water bottles. My eye is drawn to the guy on the phone more than anything. |

Love the composition but needs more contrast to boost the detail. |
