 I have been wanting to shoot this building for a while now, but never had a proper reason. It is loaded with climbing vines. But of course this challenge comes up in the beginning of March when all the flora in Columbus is still blah brown. Lovely. But I think I did it well. Probably won't score well but I feel I caught urban nature in several ways. Nature wise the creeping vines are way cool. Sprawling across the bricks, dead leaves in tow. The urban aspect looks cool in the beat up bricks and ledge. And I must say that I love the blue paint on the window frame. But for me the biggest aspect of the image is the reflection int he window. Cars, building, power line and pole. All a resounding nod to the urban location but only in the reflection. Will anyone take the time to notice that aspect of the image. We shall see. I predict a low to mid 5 but would love to see me at least hit my average with this image.
