 Dedicated to a Kiwi barmaid in Wilton's Music Hall, London, who offered me a free cider a few weeks ago. The amber drink is actually the cider of my making. Bottle (filled with water)and glass are set in front of a desk lamp wrapped with a white plastic bag - shaping that one into a wrinkle-free area took most of the shooting time. But it still didn't give me a good white square - which worked for an ad-hoc vignettng! I felt un-balancing the shot gives it a bit more visual kick and accentuates the drink/drunk theme. I came to do it after bottling a 20l batch of cider and now I need to drink the props!
