 I love trees.

Moose Peterson, one of my teachers, hates photos of stumps, twigs, or branches. He tries to discourage all his students from shooting stumps, twigs, or branches.

I, of course, shoot stumps, twigs, and branches any chance I get. I like the abstract shape of them. I could fill a whole gallery collection now with the theme of abstract-shape based stumps, twigs, and branches.

This from a quick outing yesterday.

It feels so good to be shooting again.

The image is a little washed out, would have been nice with deeper tones in the sky, but your composition is good with a really nice title :)
