 All color but red desaturated and red hue altered. Entire image put in negative mode, contrast adjusted, levels adjusted, cropped, slight rotation to square up and saved for web all in PSE2.

Doesn't the angel seem to be drilling cement like a construction worker? The bright red framed by the dark bold lines is effective at turning my head toward the focal point despite a repetitious patern. Bravo.
