 this is from old fishing net ,,, which they used in the goood old days,,,, a glass bowl tight in string,,to hold the fishing net up,,,, very extra old antic ,,, ,,,,,,,,

This has a marine feel to it. I̢۪m not sure what they̢۪re called but the float for a net? I̢۪m going to add to my guess and take a punt that this maybe Bear_Music But I̢۪m sure I̢۪m wrong on both counts.
