Beautiful. Such a perfect shot.
I would suggest adding a little more saturation, maybe even play with duotones. Were it me, I'd duotone the highlights a little warmer and the shadows a little cooler. Maybe brush in a little more brightness on the front of his muzzle and right side of his face, around that eye. The left eye also maybe just a touch more light. |

| This has a great drowsy feel to it that is exactly what you were trying to convey. The king at his most vulnerable, before his coffee. Great image. |
