 It's probably a mistake to go with what makes me feel good about 2010 rather than what is technically a good pic.

Nice light management. But I think a deeper DOF would have served this composition better.

Like the contrast in patterns, just felt in lacks in color. This may have even been better in BW

I love the focus on the shell to the far right, but the one above it for me totally distracts my eye because its sooooo OOF
